Today President Barack Obama came out with his strongest condemnation of the Iranian regime’s recent crackdown on protesters.   Unfortunately the words, as written were not bad at all, but the delivery was weak, unemotional, and professorial… and then it got worse.

In the very next breath, with the same tone and passion as he spoke on the situation in Iran, President Obama began to speak about Energy reform and Healthcare reform.    I cannot believe that this President that moved millions of people, many of which felt disenfranchised, and never involved nor interested in politics before couldn’t move the world in support of basic human rights and dignity for those in Iran.

I didn’t vote for the man but it’s well-known that he is a gifted speaker with the cadence of a preacher, the ability to motivate millions nationally for own his political ambitions but refuses to lead international support of the basic human right of freedom of peaceful assembly.  Undoubtedly he fine-tuned his skill as a community organizer in support of welfare, housing, and employment issues at the drop of a hat but refuses, not unable, but made a decision to refuse to organize the international community to rally around these demonstrators yearning for freedom.

The sad reality is that this administration, as confirmed by inside sources, is hedging their bets just in case they have to make deals with the current oligarchy regarding Iran’s nuclear program ambitions.   This reminds me of the words of Pres Ronald Reagan in his 1964 Republican Party Convention speaking of those that want “accommodation”, later to be known as detente, with the Communists when he stated:

We cannot buy our security… by committing an immorality so great, as to say to a billion human beings enslaved behind the Iron Curtain, “Give up you dreams of freedom, because to save our own skins, we are willing to make a deal with your slavemasters.”

This president had the right words but the wrong delivery and really missed the mark to equivocate the Iranian Crisis with the manufactured “Healthcare Crisis” and “Energy Crisis”.   His handlers should have made it an address to Americans directly from the Oval office and made the speech of the domestic issues later in the day or the following day.  It would have shown leadership, strength and a legitimacy for the Iranians protesting in the streets.  And that’s what the Administration is afraid of doing.    Just in case they have to make deals with the Oligarchy.

As displayed for the world in last year’s Georgia crisis, Obama’s responses, even though they have evolved since last week are shockingly impotent.  We have a leader that went from POTUS to ImPOTUS in just 30 minutes.   Shocking for such a gifted man.

So my girlfriend and I are admittedly addicted to this stupid show and I did a quick search on the Book “Cop Without A Badge” which is the center of many a dramatic moment and saw an interesting turn of events on the website Hollywoodgossip.com.  I reposted the story here.  My God, I can’t believe I am posting this but it’s seriously too damn funny.

Danielle Staub’s sordid past was the subject of an amazing fight on Monday’s finale. Now it looks like it may continue to haunt her - sex tape style!

Steve Zalewski claims he has videos of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star performing sex acts - on him and on herself - and may sell them.

Her ex-boyfriend, 27, whom Danielle dated and dumped on the Bravo reality hit last week, says the 46-year-old Staub was a raging nymphomaniac.

“Not only does she want to have sex all the time, but she loves the thrill of doing it in public places, where she might get caught,” he says.

“She wanted to make love in restaurant bathrooms every time we went out — she’d get excited and say, ‘The people can hear you doing it outside!’”

Danielle Staub and Steve Zalewski had a good run. A sex-filled one.

Other locales in which Steve Zalewski porked Danielle Staub include the back patio of her home, in cars, at a police firing range (!?) and a crowded park.

But the two went through a bad breakup, fueled in large part by Staub’s penchant for borrowing large sums of money from him, Zalewski says:

“She tries to look affluent. But she couldn’t pay the household bills or buy food. Even then, she’d want to borrow 20 grand from me to buy jewelry!”

Now Steve is turning to the best possible way of recouping some of his cash: distributing a Danielle Staub sex

tape - or tapes! to the top bidder.

“I’m definitely weighing my options as far as getting it out there,” Zalewski said. “She cost me so much money, why shouldn’t I make a few dollars?”

President Obama missed a huge opportunity today in his response to the Iranian Elections and the subsequent protests.   The Administration’s official policy towards is that it does not want to “meddle” in Iranian elections and will defer to the religious oligarchy to make the final decision.  This is truly disappointing because events like this happen once in a generation. Hopefully next time we have a President that is ready to lead and not still going through on-the-job-training.

The main argument I make is the major political purpose of the Iraq Invasion of 2003 was to surround Iran on the left while the Afghanistan surrounded on the right.   The “head of the snake” (as Gen Powell would put it) of international Islamic terrorism is the Islamunist State of Iran.   And, as the previous administration envisioned, with this external pressure accompanied with international economic sanctions would created an environment of “Hope and Change” that would be ripe for internal protests and thus create another democratic state in the Mideast in accordance with a portion of “The Bush Doctrine” as occurred in Lebanon.

But it seams that this President is satisfied with the status quo of the totalitarian state of Iran than to openly support those that want a State that would be based on that of a Democratic republic.  It may not have looked like ours but it would be a major blow to Al Qeada and other Islamic Terror Organizations and would have been an earthquake to other fundamentalist regimes such as Saudi Arabia.

Well one thing that we know is the Administration is unafraid to vilify Conservatives, Insurance Companies, CEOs while leading radical changes to the private enterprise system.  But while the International Community looks for somebody to lead in regards to Iranian protests, this Administration responds by voting “Present”.  Truly disappointing.

I saw this clip originally posted on Verum Serum on the Glenn Beck Program and saw that it confirmed my suspicions of The Obama Admin’s goal to make insurance costs for employers to be so high that they will eventually no longer offering it to employees and thus forcing a dramatic rise in the numbers of the uninsured.  And creating a new “crisis” that they “will not let go to waste” and rush in Universal healthcare.

This new “public option” is just like a computer virus that will crash the current private insurance industry.  That’s the intention and a desired goal of the Progressive movement.  I am working on a blog and will elaborate with evidence of actual events, methods, and tactics and hope to have it up on my site by Wednesday night.
